Scheduling infrastructure for builders.
Vennio is scheduling infrastructure for builders. Calendly and its peers were built for one person sharing a booking link — supply-side scheduling, where suppliers of time push availability outward. Vennio is built for the opposite: platforms where buyers come looking to book something — an expert, a class, a service, a slot — and where the booking experience belongs to the platform, not a third-party widget. We handle calendar sync, availability, payments, and webhooks. You build the product.
Matt has spent years in the unglamorous bits of scheduling — OAuth flows, conflict detection, timezone handling, the calendar APIs that change just often enough to keep you on your toes — first inside small SaaS products no one's heard of, now as the founder of Vennio. The thesis is simple: every product team that needs booking ends up rebuilding the same infrastructure, and almost none of them get it right the first time.
